Doctrine - Sealing your fate

This is an OAC document explaining why “The Sealing” is required from the OAC perspective. My comments are in blue font. - Ex-OAC

The Sealing

I am requested to present myself for Sealing, What for? What does it mean?

All gentiles i.e. before Christ Jesus were known as heathens as they were not of the chosen race namely Jews who was the only race who knew and worshipped God.

Ex-OAC: Not all Gentiles were known as heathens, the word Gentile is translated from the Hebrew word gôy which could mean Gentile or heathen or nation or people. It’s the same word used when Abraham was promised that he would become a great (gôy) nation (Genesis 12:2, Genesis 17:4-5, Genesis 25:23, Genesis 48:19).

Abraham was a Hebrew (Genesis 14:13) and he was the father of Isaac, and Isaac was the father of Jacob. Jacob became Israel and from him the twelve tribes of Israel. Judah was one of the sons of Israel and it’s from this tribe that we get the term “Jew”.

Jews are not a race, Moses married an Ethiopian woman (Numbers 12:1) and Ruth was a Moabite who gave birth to David’s grandfather Obed (Ruth 4:17-22).

Ethiopian Jews (also read Acts 8:27-28)

The word of God was kept within the Jewish race and was handed down from Father to Son and thus the Knowledge of God and his creation was unknown to the Gentiles.

Ex-OAC: The knowledge of creation as understood by the Jews and Christianity in general is quite different to how the OAC interprets the creation account of Genesis 1. The OAC believe for instance that the earth is the mind of a mortal man.

Only the Jews were God’s children, notwithstanding the fact they worshipped God they were bound by the Laws of Moses which prevented them access to the promised salvation. Hence the coming of the Messiah Jesus Christ, who, being a perfect Jew and thus the only Jew to fulfill the law, opened a new way of salvation unto them by way of the cross.

Ex-OAC: It wasn’t only Jews that followed Moses out of Egypt; it was all of the children of Israel (Exodus 1:1-7).

Christ was with them when they followed Moses out of Egypt (1 Corinthians 10:1-4). Many of them were overthrown in the wilderness because they lusted after evil things, idolatry, fornication etc. (1 Corinthians 10:5-11).

Jesus wasn’t a mere Jew; He is the Son of God who was there from the very beginning of creation (John 1:1-3). Much like the paschal lamb was slaughtered and its blood on the door posts kept the angel of death away from the children of Israel (Exodus 12:5-20, Leviticus 23:4-7), likewise Jesus became our Passover Lamb and through His blood we are saved from death (Hebrews 7:24-27, Hebrews 10:4-14, 1 Peter 1:18-19). Without the blood of sacrifice there is no remission (Leviticus 17:11, Hebrews 9:22).

Passover is revealed in many Messianic prophecies:

Daniel 9 - the specific time when Messiah would be cut off
Zechariah 9 - we are told of His triumphal entry into Jerusalem
Psalms 41 - He would be betrayed by a friend
Zechariah 11 - He would be sold for thirty pieces of silver
Isaiah 53 - He would be wounded for our sins and transgressions

God’s fulfillment of prophecy is so perfect down to the hour that there’s no way that this could be a coincidence.

By the grace of Jesus Christ the way of salvation was than extended unto all mankind Jews and Gentiles. His grace gave the gentiles who were not Gods Children the privilege to be adopted and in so doing became a Co-Heir with Christ it was and is necessary to be reborn or born of god.

Ex-OAC: Notice the small letters for “god”.

Today we realize that we are born of FLESH out of natural parents, hence we bear the image of flesh. The three major constituents we therefore bear in our bodies as living is; Water ~ Blood ~ Spirit. As is the natural so likewise the spiritual.

Therefore to become a Co-Heir with Christ it is now imperative that I became a new creature, a creature born of God. That means that a major change must take place in my life.

Ex-OAC: The malefactor that was crucified alongside Jesus believed that Jesus is the Lord (Luke 23:39-43). Jesus didn’t tell him to first do this or first do that or go searching for a “light” after he died. Through his belief in Jesus as the Lord he became assured of a place in paradise. Believing that Jesus is Lord and Messiah is the first priority (The REAL Jesus, Jesus is the ONLY Messiah).

It is therefore needful for me to undergo a rebirth as a new birth, so as to gain access to God’s salvation. WHY? For this reason that God is spirit and the rebirth has to be out of God who is spirit. This means a complete change in my life .a change of person to become a new creature. This change can only come about by~ WATER ~ BLOOD~ SPIRIT. A spiritual rebirth.

THE REBIRTH: FIRTLY BY WATER

The Water of Jesus Christ which explains itself in St John 4v14 in which Jesus said to the woman the well.”Give me water to drink, and I shall give you water, that if you drink it you shall never thirst “this water of Jesus Christ is the spiritual water that will cleanses the mind and prevents a man from thirsting after unrighteousness, by his “word” The water therefore means The preaching of the word or Testimony which I received from the members of the church.

Ex-OAC: The water that Jesus is referring to is the salvation that He obtained for us, it’s the water that will enable us to live forever (Isaiah 12:3, Revelation 21:6, Revelation 22:1, Revelation 22:17), He quenches the deepest thirst that man has for God and salvation (Psalms 63:1, Isaiah 41:17-18, Isaiah 55:1, Amos 8:11-13). The water is the Spirit which is received by those who believe on Jesus (Isaiah 12:3, Isaiah 44:3, Isaiah 58:11, Ezekiel 47:1-12, John 7:37-39, Acts 2:1-41, Colossians 3:16). Salvation is also for those who are illiterate, physically deaf and physically blind.

The Sealing Cont//

In Isaiah 8 v 16 the Lord said “Bind the testimony……in my disciples “It is through this testimony by members that convinced me , brought me unto repentance and trough this water was my mind washed of all unclean spirits such as hatred.selfishness ect.

Ex-OAC: Let’s take a closer look at the verse being quoted.
Isaiah 8:16 Bind up the testimony
(te‛ûdâh in Hebrew - attestation, that is, a precept, usage: - testimony),
seal the law
(tôrâh in Hebrew - a precept or statute, especially the 10 commandments or the Pentateuch: - law) among my disciples.

Those who speak not according to the law and to the testimony have no light in them (Isaiah 8:20).

His Word is a light to my feet (Psalms 119:104-105), the Holy Scriptures makes me wise unto salvation through faith which is in Jesus (2 Timothy 3:15-17). Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb, they who have the testimony of Jesus worship God and the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy (Revelation 19:6-10).

This the washing of the water by the word is confirmed in Ephesians 5 v 26
Similarly it is recorded in 1 Peter 3 v 20 that 8 souls were saved by water, a like figure whereunto even Baptism doth save us (Not putting away the filth of the flesh but the answer of a good conscience toward God) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Ex-OAC: It’s not just any word spoken by a mere mortal that purifies the soul, one is born again by the incorruptible and eternal word of God (1 Peter 1:22-23).

THE REBIRTH: SECONDLY BY THE BLOOD

Blood refers to suffering (upon the cross or the sacrifice made by the body of Jesus Christ (Which is the church) as Jesus scarified his blood upon the cross in order to reconcile man unto God so through the sacrificing of his blood today for me through his anointed officers who labored, sacrificed themselves for me by doing so were my transgressions blotted out I was reconciled onto God.

Ex-OAC: Firstly, Jesus Christ isn’t the OAC or any other church for that matter. To say that Jesus Christ is the church is the same as saying the husband is the wife! They may be one flesh but they are still two distinct people. He is the head of the church and the savior of the body (Ephesians 5:23-33, Colossians 1:18).

Secondly, there is ONE mediator between God and men, the MAN Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5-6), there is no need for any other sacrifices to be made today for sin (Hebrews 7:24-27, Hebrews 10:10-14).

To undergo this “Sealing” in the OAC is to deny the sacrifice Jesus made on the cross for you and you are still dead in your sins (1 Peter 1:18-19).

The anointed officers in the church are dully authorized by the apostle to administer the Holy Communion representing the shedding of his blood and the sharing (breaking) of his body. They are officers of reconciliation sent by Christ.

Ex-OAC: The OAC officers weren’t sent by the original Christ, they broke away from the New Apostolic Church which broke away from the Catholic Apostolic Church which first emerged in London in 1832 (The schism tree).

THE REBIRTH: THIRDLY BY THE SPIRIT

This is the final stage of my rebirth in which having my understanding opened by the water (Testimony of the word by the members) through the blood by forgiving of my transgressions by the anointed officers, I was endowed from on high with a new spiritual mind and a tongue to speak a spiritual language I am now possessed with a cloven tongue like as of fire for I have become a fiery person with eagerness to converse godliness with others so that what I have I am desirous to impart unto others.

Ex-OAC: This is false understanding based on the false interpretation of the word water and the lie that the daily sacrifices by priests can save you (Hebrews 7:24-27, Hebrews 10:10-14).

There’s a false understanding that the whole Bible needs to be understood as an allegory (Spiritual vs Natural).

All this is confirmed by the Apostle in the Administering of the 3rd Sacrament that is of the Holy Ghost which is also known as “The Sealing” or the laying on of the hands of the Apostle.

In the past, due to ignorance there was confusion as to the laying on of the hands of the Apostle or the receiving of the Holy Ghost as to whether the Holy Ghost was given on the day of the sealing or before.

Ex-OAC: I discussed the above in more detail in my post about the apostle laying hands.

In order to clarify this misunderstanding I wish to state that I am not the apostle but merely a servant of the Apostle (Hebrews 3 declares (“Consider the Apostle and High Priest of our Profession Christ Jesus) which is the entire church as Paul says “Ye are the body of Jesus Christ”

Ex-OAC: It’s good to see some honesty, you’re right, you’re not an apostle.

However, when Paul said we are the body of Jesus Christ, he meant in terms of being the bridesmaid (Matthew 25:1-13, Revelation 19:7-9) because Jesus is the Bridegroom (Matthew 9:14-15, Mark 2:18-20, Luke 5:33-35, John 3:27-29, Ephesians 5:23-32).

You may also like my post regarding apostles today.

The Sealing Cont//

The day of sealing the apostle lay’s his hands upon your head saying “Receive the Holy Ghost” In doing so he merely confirms the work already done by the faithful members of the church who are the hands of the Apostle that were laid upon your head at the time of the testimony and who opened your understanding.

Ex-OAC: When Samaria had received the word of God, Peter and John didn’t go and confirm the word of God that Samaria had already received. They received the Holy Ghost only after Peter and John had laid hands on them (Acts 8:14-17).

When Paul laid hands on the disciples at Ephesus it wasn’t a confirmation of anything done by Apollos. After laying hands on them the Holy Ghost came on them and they spoke in tongues and prophesied (Acts 19:1-6).

Thereafter on the second round during the sealing the Apostle dips his forefinger into the vessel of oil and makes a cross upon your forehead whilst saying GOD the father seals you” The cross denotes again suffering and blood. This is the sign that by the blood of Jesus Christ were you purchased of God. The OIL represents the anointed power of GOD which is the Holy Ghost.

Ex-OAC: You confirmed that you believe the “blood of Jesus Christ” to be:

“…the sacrificing of his blood today for me through his anointed officers who labored, sacrificed themselves for me…”

This is completely false and un-Biblical. The only seal you receive is that of an organization calling itself the OAC.

This is the seal of GOD which is confirmed in Isaiah 8 v 16 “Seal the laws in my disciples” The laws are the ordinances of the church (Tenth, testifying – which have being carefully explained to you by the anointed officers before taken up in the church.

Ex-OAC: You would’ve been told that the earth is man, that light is enlightenment (gnosis), that water is the words spoken by OAC members and that heaven is inside the members of the OAC.

This seal (The sign of the cross) confirm the work of the anointed offices that were authorized in the administration of the Holy Communion to reconcile you with God (The blood upon the cross)

The cross upon your forehead which the Apostle made with oil indication that the anointed officers have comforted you by accepting you into his holy body and that you are no longer orphaned. You have a new father (Which is God the word) and a Mother (Which is Sarah the church) your mind have they calmed with oil which is the comforting spirit of the Holy Ghost.

Ex-OAC: Simply stated, the words spoken by any OAC officer assigned to you now become your father (Matthew 23:8-10, John 8:39-47) and the OAC becomes your mother (Galatians 4:26). Compare this statement with the verses between brackets.

Having now being sealed I have now (according to the scriptures) become (Begotten of God) hence I am a child of God and therefore a joint heir with Christ and his salvation.

This the way of salvation has being opened unto me

Ex-OAC: There is only one way for salvation, by man comes death but by Jesus Christ comes life eternal (1 Corinthians 15:20-23). There is only one REAL Jesus and He is the ONLY Messiah.

    1. Dear Timothy, that’s your opinion and you’re entitled to it. The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower (Psalms 18:2). It’s interesting that you didn’t dispute anything that I wrote. A tree is most certainly known by its fruit, look in the mirror: http://oldapostolicchurchrevealed.blogspot.co.za/2016/08/history-schism-tree.html

    2. By the way, my OAC catechism, OAC confession of faith, the Bible that was presented to me on the occasion of my confirmation and several other documents in my possession physically disproves your statement. Your doctrines did not hold up to the Truth. I actually decided to read the whole Bible and my heart was not hardened. I am now more immune ("rockhard soil") to the "planting season" of false doctrines, thanks for the compliment :-)

    1. Jesus said He is the way, the truth and the life. There is no other shape or form to consider except Jesus Christ (John 14:6). What turned me off? That’s easy, I read the Bible and realized how far from the truth I really was. You can read each of my posts and you will find that I quote from Scripture each and every time, Scripture is the standard of truth (2 Timothy 3:15-17). If you read my posts carefully and read your Bible even more carefully, you’ll see that I haven’t gathered any evidence against the Son of God, but for the Son of God. The OAC is NOT Jesus Christ.

    1. The name of the Son of God is Jesus Christ and the followers of Jesus are called sons of God. There is only ONE Jesus and He died on the cross for you too Timothy.

Acts 4:10-12 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Philippians 2:9-11 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

You’ll notice that the OAC isn’t mentioned once in the verses above. I bear no hatred; I simply love the truth more than the lie. The Bible may hurt you with the truth but it will never comfort you with a lie, because a lie hurts forever.

You were given a false perception of reward for fulfilling your task(arrest their activities and crucify)..."

    1. Dear Timothy, those are typical OAC questions. When I was a member of the OAC I was led to believe that Jesus was the OAC, that the OAC was the continuation of the ‘apostolic way of life’, that Heaven was within me and that God was the word spoken by my “owergestelde” (over-placed/officer above me). These are viewpoints you probably still believe in based on the format of your questions. Now let’s compare these viewpoints to what’s written in the Bible:

Jesus is my Savior (Luke 2:1, John 4:42, Acts 5:31, Ephesians 5:23, 2 Timothy 1:10, Titus 2:13, Titus 3:3-7, 2 Peter 3:18, 1 John 4:14). Jesus went to sit on the right hand of God (Mark 16:19, John 7:33-34, John 13:33, Acts 7:55-56, Acts 9:3-7). We should always be ready by having enough oil in our lamps like the five wise virgins because we know neither the day nor the hour wherein the bridegroom (Son of man) will come (Matthew 25:1-13). Jesus is the Bridegroom (Matthew 9:14-15, Mark 2:18-20, Luke 5:33-35, John 3:27-29, Ephesians 5:23-32). Jesus offered Himself without spot to God to purge our conscience from dead works to serve the living God (Hebrews 9:12-14).
      http://oldapostolicchurchrevealed.blogspot.co.za/2016/08/jesus-is-only-messiah.html
      http://oldapostolicchurchrevealed.blogspot.co.za/2016/08/the-real-jesus.html
      http://oldapostolicchurchrevealed.blogspot.co.za/2016/08/doctrine-waiting-for-jesus.html

The greatest project ever launched by Jesus was not the OAC way of life; He came because of our sins so that through Him we could be saved (Matthew 20:28, Mark 2:17, Luke 19:10, John 3:16-18, John 10:10, John 12:27, Acts 3:26, 1 Timothy 1:15, 1 John 4:10). He came to fulfill the law (Matthew 5:17) to redeem us from the curse of the law (Romans 8:3-4, Galatians 4:4-5). He was born to bear witness to the truth (John 18:37) and to do the will of His Father (John 6:38, John 20:21). He came to be a light in the world (John 12:46). That project has never stopped; Christianity has continued to grow worldwide despite persecution.

The word “heaven” is translated from the Hebrew word ‘shâmayim’ and has the same meaning as heights or elevations. The Bible speaks of three (2 Corinthians 12:2), unlike the OAC which speaks of seven and which are supposedly the seven different “gifts” ranging from “apostle” to “brother/sister”. When you read the word “heaven” in context in the Bible you will see it has three different meanings:
The first heaven is the “cloudy” heaven which is the physical atmosphere of earth where we see birds flying around and clouds (Genesis 1:6-14, Genesis 2:19, Genesis 7:3-23, Genesis 8:2, Acts 14:17 etc.)
The second heaven is the “starry” heaven which is beyond the physical atmosphere of earth and here we get the sun, moon, stars and planets (Genesis 1:17, Psalms 8:3, Psalms 19:1-6, Matthew 24:29 etc.)
The third heaven is “paradise” where the throne of God is (Genesis 2:8-16, Genesis 3:1-8, Matthew 5:16, Luke 23:43, 2 Corinthians 12:1-4, Revelations 2:7, Revelations 4:2 etc.)

No man has seen God and lived (Exodus 33:20, John 1:18). However if we love one another, God lives in us and His love is made complete in us (1 John 4:12). Jesus Christ is the image of the invisible God (Philippians 2:6, Colossians 1:15-20, Hebrews 2:9). Jesus was there from the beginning (John 1:3-14), that’s even before Abraham (John 8:58). Jesus Christ was sent by the only true God (John 3:13-16, John 12:45, John 14:9, John 17:3, Hebrews 1:1-13).

    1. I didn’t quote the entire Bible unless you have a very small Bible. I can’t convince you of anything, only the Holy Spirit can convince you.

Two students may differ on the interpretation of a single verse out of context, but once read in context it becomes clear. When we’re not careful we can be led into temptation or become deceived. Our minds can be led astray by listening to false teachers preaching false doctrines. Believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. Don’t listen to doctrines that come right out of the mouth of satan such as "you are little gods", the same old lie the serpent told Eve.

There is no ambiguity about who Jesus is. I believe I gave you more than sufficient material to go read the verses in your own Bible. It is up to you whether you want to believe that Jesus really died for your sins, or whether you want to believe the “works” performed once a month substitutes the blood of Jesus.

The whole Bible is a spiritual book, even when you read something literally in the Bible. The Bible is quite clear when something should be understood literally, allegorically or metaphorically. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. A "spiritual interpretation" has nothing to do with a verse having a hidden meaning. It has to do with believing what’s written and it’s through the Spirit of God that a person believes. The Bible warns us against adding or taking away from Scripture (Deuteronomy 4:2, Deuteronomy 12:32, Proverbs 30:5-6, Revelation 22:18-19). Familiarity with the Scripture is its own interpretation and as you begin to read, the Scripture will interpret itself. The Bible is its own and best source of explanation. “Private revelations” shouldn’t be trusted apart from confirmation in the literal Word because God doesn’t leave His Word to private interpretation.

      "...I realised that you quoted the entire bible failed to give me one personal account as part of your evidence, but let me quote your quote;
'However if we love one another, God lives in us and His love is made complete in us (1 John 4:12)'

Two students will never see the same sentence the same way. Ask your self the question, why was I born one dimensional and one sided when coming to interpretation of the bible? and after so many years in OAC, I still see one side of a scripture?
      Here's an example of what you can coclude from your quoted text (many dimensions);
*If (a part) of God lives in me, then it is possible that (a part) of the devil's spirit lives in me.
*I am given the right to choose which (part) of the spirit rules in my heart
*If I am dwelling place of God, then the question is how well accomodated is this spirit of God?
*Does'nt the degree of my accomodation determine whether I am a heavenly or hell kind of place?
*God's love is made complete in us, Yet we doubt that we may be his complete little heaven?

      Quote 2
Jesus Christ is the image of the invisible God (Philippians 2:6,..
*If jesus is the image of God, why do we deny this face when it presents itself on by others?
*If Jesus once called Peter 'Satan', wasn't the devil controlling Peter at point and time?

Let me conclude by saying the bible is not a scientific book. The stars, clouds are not as literal as you read them on the bible.
They are just comparisons of a spiritual place.
Take note; Genesis was written long before Moses was born.
Genesis and other books to revelations are like a teachings and prophecies handed over from generation to generation.
There were many spiritual books written before genesis, but to simplify the teaching, those in charge of the bible project at the time chose the quantity and quality of materials included in the book.
That is the reason we see it as a (catalyst) for spiritual understanding..."

    1. Well, I was brought up in the OAC and my life was devoted to debating for the church. My quest started out in defense of the OAC’s doctrines. That all changed as I began researching the church’s history and comparing their doctrines to what’s written in the Bible. Reading the whole Bible literally changed my life and blessed me spiritually in ways I could never have imagined. I thought I knew the Bible because I could quote many verses out of context. I fully encourage any form of debate, something which wasn’t encouraged if you had opposing views of the OAC’s doctrine. In fact, you’re discouraged from reading the whole Bible in the order in which it’s written because “you wouldn’t understand” and you’ll be admonished for not eating what the “apostle” put on your plate…God have mercy upon you.

You forget that I was there where you are right now; I was a part of your step by step process/journey. I’ve met more of your fellow brothers and sisters, underdeacons, priests, elders, overseers, prophets, evangelists and apostles than you think. I was also one of those who would explain patiently and even further… From Stilfontein to Swakopmund, from Walvisbaai to Yeoville to Orange Farm, I have been there already.

    2. Typo error, sorry. I was referring to the ‘avondmaal’ which is performed once a month which is supposed to be the symbolic representation of the daily “works” throughout the month.
‘Avondmaal’ is not baptism, the sacrament of baptism is when a cross is made on your head with water. The sacrament of ‘avondmaal’ is getting a piece of matzo dipped in grape juice.

If you died taking a bullet for your wife so that her life may be spared, who died, you or your wife?
If you died taking a bullet for her, who made the greatest sacrifice, you or your wife?
As husband and wife, who is the head of the household?
Is a husband and wife one flesh after the consummation of their marriage?

Jesus Christ isn’t the OAC or any other church because He is the head of the church and the savior of the body (Ephesians 5:23-33, Colossians 1:18).

For the benefit of those who don’t have Bibles or those for whom it’s too much trouble, let me share the following verses:

1 Timothy 2:5-6 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

You’ll notice that there is “one mediator”, singular, the “man Christ Jesus”.
You’ll notice that this same man, singular, “gave himself” a ransom for “all”.

Hebrews 7:24-27 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people's: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.

You’ll notice that Jesus is referred to in the singular, “this man”.
You’ll notice that Jesus “needeth not daily” to offer up sacrifice for this “he did once, when he offered up himself.”

Hebrews 10:10-14 By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins: But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

You’ll notice that Jesus was offered “once for all.”
You’ll notice that “every priest” stands daily making the same sacrifices “which can never take away sins”.
You’ll notice that Jesus had “offered one sacrifice for sins for ever”.
You’ll notice that by “one offering” he has “perfected for ever them that are sanctified.”

Your ‘avondmaal’ is not in remembrance of Jesus Christ who sacrificed Himself for you; you remember your own daily “works” as sacrifices for your sins. The OAC is not the Lamb without spot, only Jesus is.

It is a small world indeed and I hope our paths will cross again. The Truth will set you and your family free. Amen.

Small details such as 'once a month works' are the opposite. In fact , we, His body, have died with Him,.. Not once a month but daily /daily sacrifice.
The events that are hosted once a month however, are the 'fulfilment' of the 'entire' body's holy works.
Here is an example, the babtism of Jesus by John was important even though Jesus had already shown the daily works of a sanctified/Holy man.

  7. Hello,
    To Timothy Dikgang,

The oac is a cult (Worldly Cult) Read why I say this.

On the whole, cults will attempt to diminish their members' ability to think for themselves by controlling information, being the only voice which knows what is right, what is best, and, in fact, where possible, the only voice at all. To a certain extent, this information monopoly can also be attempted as public relations tactic on the outside world.

Cults will make demands on their members to fit the cult's requirements, and in a black-and-white worldview, anything seen not to fit these requirements is seen as wrong, a failure to be shunned or shamed, or the enemy to be excluded or hounded. These demands are often justified with biblical or spiritual reasons which purport to give powers or benefits to those who observe them, or terrible (sometimes divine) afflictions to those who do not.
That is why you think and write as above

Please try to think for yourself---read the BIBLE.
    Be blessed

    1. The cloud of witnesses refers to those who obtained a good report through faith but received not the promise (Hebrews 11:39). Indeed Jesus lives, why do OAC members then deny that Jesus will return?

Acts 1:6-11 When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power. But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

    1. I fully agree about the dates. Are you saying that the trumpets aren’t physical but that words are? The extract says that the angels will gather the chosen ones together with a great trumpet sound, are you saying the chosen ones are dead in the Lord? You are not Apostles, there is only one Apostle (Hebrews 3:1). There are three heavens according to the Bible, the first two are atmosphere and space.

      Let me simplify even more....

There are two dates that are simply close to impossible to predict (1) Your physical death and your spiritual birth. eg: Apostle Paul former Saul... Etc

The trumpets you have read about in the above extract are not physical but are rather the words awakening those who are dead in the Lord.

Now Jesus says these things will happen before His generation passes away, So it began with them and it did not end there. It began with those Apostles who became the bricks that built the Evergrowing Heavenly house (Ephesians 2...) This continues eternally.

We as Apostles, have seen his Glory and we have seen His Power.

A new Heaven and a new Earth, is a new man who has been given a new life as according to Jesus!
Not the physical world, but the person/Deeds of the person will end.

I repeat,.. your entire vision of Heaven that is in the 'skies' is skewed and you are lost.

    1. That’s correct, Jesus Christ sends a message that all can hear and His sheep know His voice because He is the Good Shepherd, nobody else. The Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17).

There is only one instance in the Bible where Apostle is spelled with a capital “A”. Only Jesus Christ is the Apostle, nobody else can claim that title. For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house (Hebrews 3:3).

    Yes, your soul is in the likeness of a female and Christ is the male, simplified;

    Male=head/ruler
Female=subordinate/part of the body of Christ.

      No, the individual soul is male and female and Christ is the Messiah, simplified;

      Soul=Genesis 1:27, Genesis 2:7, Genesis 34:8, Genesis 35:18, Leviticus 5:1-17, Matthew 19:4, Matthew 26:36-38, Mark 12:25 etc.
Christ= anointed one or chosen one translated from the Greek word “Christos” which is the equivalent of the Hebrew word “Mashiach” which means Messiah.

I think you’re the one struggling to comprehend such small details in the Bible ;)

Other Churches believe that flesh is part of God materialism.Baye bathi i Golds,Imoto izindku ubutyebi bobuka Thixo. So they believe konke oko mntu kokuka Thixo. But in OAC wat is for man is for man.Except when we talk about temple of God. That our body is temple of God

    1. Hi Mike, I really think you need to get yourself a Bible and start reading it from cover to cover.

      1) “…OAC is the only church that Seals…”
Compare your statement with what’s written in the Bible. It is God who has also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts (2 Corinthians 1:21-22). After we believe the word of truth, the gospel of our salvation, we were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory (Ephesians 1:12-13). It is by the Holy Spirit of God that we are sealed unto the day of redemption (Ephesians 4:30).

      2) “…OAC teaching focuses on spiritual matters only…”
The OAC’s definition of “spiritual” has more to do with gnosticism than spiritual matters. I discussed this in more detail here:
Doctrine - Spiritual vs Natural: http://oldapostolicchurchrevealed.blogspot.co.za/2016/08/doctrine-spiritual-vs-natural.html

      3) “…OAC does not believe in Jesus Second coming…”
I find this particularly strange since the OAC’s founding father, “apostle” Carl George Klibbe did believe in Jesus’ second coming:
      History - Klibbe’s letter http://oldapostolicchurchrevealed.blogspot.co.za/2017/02/history-jesus-christ-will-come-again-cg.html
Jesus is the Word that was made flesh (John 1:14). The SAME Jesus that was crucified and resurrected and appeared to His disciples (Luke 24:36-43). The SAME Jesus that was taken up from His disciples into heaven and shall come in like manner as they saw him go into heaven (Acts 1:6-11). Jesus Christ is the SAME yesterday, and to day, and for ever (Hebrews 13:8). The OAC can therefore NOT be Jesus Christ:
      Doctrine - OAC’s version of Jesus: http://oldapostolicchurchrevealed.blogspot.co.za/2017/06/doctrine-oacs-version-of-jesus.html

      4) “…Other churches believe that the will be Judgement day…”
Jesus also preached about judgment day (Matthew 10:14-15, Matthew 11:20-24, Matthew 12:33-37, Mark 6:11, Luke 10:13-16). We must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ (2 Corinthians 5:10). It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation (Hebrews 9:27-28). The Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the Day of Judgment to be punished (2 Peter 2:9). The heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men (2 Peter 3:7). When our love is made perfect, we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world (1 John 4:17). And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgment of the great day (Jude 1:6). These are just a few verses, in Revelations you will read about when the hour of judgement will come.

“…OAC is sacred church.A church that is on its own.We seperated ourselves from the world I.We are not from this world and we do not live according to the world We were taken out of the world and made children of God…”
That was not my experience as an active member in the OAC, sometimes members and officers make the world look like amateurs when it comes to worldly activities:

Current teaching: We need to consider the love with which we received the gospel, as well as the love with which we were redeemed; the many sacrifices made to save our souls. The words that we heard moved and motivated us. It brought joy to our hearts and enabled us through the rebirth to commit to a life in Christ. It was the love of the Father that was revealed unto us that brought about the change in our hearts. [ACT 26:18]

    Acts 26:18
To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

    1. “…the many sacrifices made to save our souls…”?

Do the “apostles” of the OAC ever read their Bibles before they share such rubbish in the HTC with their communities? Are the “apostles” and “officers” of the OAC trying to boast of their own works to “save” souls?

      Ephesians 2:8-9
      For by grace are ye saved through faith;
and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Do you so openly reject the ONE TRUE sacrifice of Jesus Christ of Nazareth?

      Hebrews 10:1-14
For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect. For then would they not have ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience of sins. But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance again made of sins every year. For it is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins. Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice and offering thou wouldest not, but a body hast thou prepared me:
      In burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin thou hast had no pleasure. Then said I, Lo, I come (in the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God. Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein;
      which are offered by the law;
Then said he, Lo, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second. By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. And every priest standeth daily ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins:
      But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God;
From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.
For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.

Has anyone in the OAC ever bothered to read the whole Bible?
