What you actually are ...To T.O.K apostle Vermaak,
What you actually are saying is, that the kingdom of God,
according to Luk 17:20+21 is in the Pharisees. So don't you want to be a Pharisee, why do you want to be a apostle ? According to Jesus, the apostles must pray for the kingdom. Maandag 27 ...T.O.K Apostel Vermaak (KZN en Namibië)
Maandag 27 Mei
27) Waar word die Koninkryk gevind? In die wêreld waarin ons vandag lewe, is daar baie mense wat oortuig is, dat hulle ander na die koninkryk kan lei. Die Here is baie duidelik in die verband.
Luk 17v20-21.

H.T.C Apostle Vermaak (KZN and Namibia)
Monday 27 May
27) Where is the Kingdom to be found? In the world we live in today, there are many who would like to convince others that they can lead one to the kingdom. The Lord is very clear in this regard.
Luk 17v20-21.

Luk 17:20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
Luk 17:21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

… there are many who would like to convince others that they can lead one to the kingdom … and that includes the OAC who misinterpret the verses above to mean that heaven is inside their heads (heart of understanding)… without reading the rest of that chapter (Luk 17:22-37), eish!!!

Rom_14:17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.

1Co 12:3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

When last has any OAC officer said that Jesus is the Lord and referred to Jesus Christ of Nazareth of 2000 years ago???Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00584233293671073352noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2425669952325692452.post-10992423064194334402017-06-12T09:52:38.153+02:002017-06-12T09:52:38.153+02:00Take note that ‘kingdom of’ which precedes God/Hea...Take note that ‘kingdom of’ which precedes God/Heaven is not the same as God/Heaven.
The New Testament in the KJV which is officially recognized by the OAC was translated from the Greek Textus Receptus. The Aramaic New Testament written in Syriac was written between the second and fifth centuries A.D. and called the Peshitta. Almost all biblical scholars recognize that the Peshitta is a translation from the Greek text.
I discussed allegorical interpretations here: http://oldapostolicchurchrevealed.blogspot.co.za/2016/08/doctrine-too-vast.html.
Gnosticism is a heresy and contradicts what it means to be a true Christian and there’s no such thing as Christian Gnosticism.
I can’t comment on other authors, churches or their origins, this post is about the OAC and their view of the kingdom of God as compared to what’s written in the Bible. Keep reading your Bible; believe in Jesus as your only Lord and Savior and you’ll get there :-)
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Adrio Konig (Dutch Reformed ...In reference to Revd. Adrio Konig (Dutch Reformed Church) in his book: Die Groot Geloofskommentaar, there is no difference between the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of Heaven.
The second issue is that the New Testament was not totally written in Greek. Large parts were in Aramaic, a semetic language. It is totally idiotic to run to the Greek, as it is not the original language. You are using the wrong sources.
Prof Izak Spangenberg (Dutch Reformed Church) in his book: Perspectives on the Bible clearly shows that the Church Fathers such as Augustine in his book City of God, shows that the Bible must be interpreted in an allegorical (spiritual) way. Otherwise the Bible makes no sense at all. Spangenberg quote Augustine as interpreting a specific text in four different ways (fourfold ministry).
Concerning the accusation of Gnosticism, it is true. But, you are using it as a snarl-word. In the past, Gnosticism was demonized to make it sound evil. Recent research has shown that Irenaeus was wrong concerning his writings on Gnosticism such as Against the Heresies. Modern theology has rehabilitated the ideas surrounding Gnosticism. Many scholars today such as Bart Ehrman, Karin Armstrong and Rudolph Kasser has shown that there were several forms of Christianity, even in the first century, and that the original derived from a form of Gnosticism.
Christianity as it developed since the rise of Constantine is an amalgamation of Christianity with paganism.
The current view of the Kingdom of God as seen by most Pentecostals, Baptists and other Christians is a Christianized view of Mount Olympus were the gods sit in judgement upon the world.
It should be noted that the authors of the Left Behind books received finance and support from the Unification Church (Moonies). It incorporated much of their ideas.
The view that the Kingdom of God is realized today is that God rules in the heart of the believer, and that the believer is subject to the Will of God. It is also a testimony that the Holy Spirit is present in that person, and that that person is used by the Holy Spirit to enact the Will of God to all. That person, infused by the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit alone becomes an envoy and messenger (Apostle/Angel) of God by making the Will of God known to all, and thereby giving the Holy Spirit to all those willing to receive (laying on of hands, the hands being the various ministries in the Church/Kingdom of God).
The presence of the Holy Spirit is then visible in that person through the fruits of the Spirit.
The judgement has already commenced and the true Church sit in judgement upon the world. This is the judgement:For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
